Life Transitions and Changes

The greek philosopher Heraclitus famously observed that the only constant in life is change. It's true that our lives are always changing, but not all changes are easy to cope with. Change can be very positive, but it also inherently comes with loss, both tangible and intangible.  Sometimes we are the ones who decided to make a life change, and sometimes these changes have been made for us. If you are reading this, I am guessing that you have been struggling. When you are struggling with change you may find yourself grappling with uncomfortable emotions-- change can evoke fear, disillusionment, excitement, bitterness, confusion, regret and a whole host of other thoughts and feelings. Counseling can help you look inside yourself to find the root of the struggles-- often big changes bring out old hurts. In counseling I will be there with you as you find healing and work your way through uncertainty to rediscover confidence and joy.

I don't know your circumstances yet, but the fact that you are reading this tells me one thing-- you are struggling and you are looking for someone to help. I'm glad you're here.

Let's set a time to talk.

I know that it can be hard to reach out, but if you are struggling, I encourage you to do so. We always start with a free consultation to find out what you are looking for and to decide if counseling with me will be a good fit for you. I provide counseling to clients anywhere in the state of Oregon.
